These terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") are established by ATOMica Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") to define the matters to be observed by customers using the check-in platform service "knotPLACE" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), which is operated by the Company for the comfortable use of facilities, and to stipulate the relationship between users and the Company.

Article 1 (Agreement to the Terms)

  1. Users shall use the Service after fully understanding and agreeing to these Terms, and by using the Service, it will be deemed that the user has agreed to these Terms, the various rules related to the use of facilities implementing the Service, and the Privacy Policy set separately by the Company.
  2. When the membership registration stipulated in Article 5 is completed, the contract for the use of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Contract") based on these Terms shall be established between the user and the Company.
  3. If a user uses the Service together with companions, the user shall ensure that the companions comply with these Terms, and the user shall be responsible for any violations of these Terms by the companions.

Article 2 (Application of the Terms)

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable laws and regulations concerning this Contract, such provision shall not apply to this Contract to that extent. However, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these Terms.

Article 3 (Contents of the Service)

  1. Users can check the availability of facilities implementing the Service and make advance reservations for workspaces and meeting rooms. Furthermore, users can smoothly check in and out of facilities by presenting the QR code issued on the Service.
  2. If users wish, they can use the Service as a tool to expand their business network with partners or clients or expand their personal relationships with friends and acquaintances.

Article 4 (Service Fees and Payment)

  1. Users shall pay the service fees stipulated separately by the Company or the facilities implementing the Service in cash, by credit card, or by cashless payment. Unless otherwise specified by the facility, any fees related to the payment (including cancellation fees) shall be borne by the user.
  2. If the user and the billing party differ, the billing party shall be responsible for the payment obligation, and the user shall guarantee this jointly and severally. The user shall ensure that they or the billing party faithfully comply with each provision of these Terms.
  3. If the user fails to make the payment, they shall pay the Company a late charge of 6% per annum on the outstanding balance from the day following the payment due date until the completion of payment.

Article 5 (Membership Registration)

  1. Those wishing to use the Service shall apply for membership registration (application for use) by performing the prescribed procedures and agreeing to the contents of these Terms. The right to apply for membership registration is limited to the individual who will become a member.
  2. Users are required to register the information specified by the Company when applying for membership registration. Users shall provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information and guarantee that all inputted information is truthful.
  3. The Company may refuse membership registration without notice if any of the following conditions apply:
    1. If the applicant is a minor, adult ward, person under curatorship, or person under assistance, and has not obtained the consent of their statutory agent, guardian, curator, or assistant.
    2. If any information provided to the Company is false, erroneous, or contains omissions.
    3. If the applicant has had their use of the Service suspended or terminated in the past.
    4. If the applicant has previously failed to fulfill obligations under this Contract or other contracts with the Company, or if the Company determines there is a risk of such failure.
    5. If the applicant does not possess a Company-recognizable application, email address, or SNS account.
    6. If the Company determines that the applicant is a member of an antisocial force (including but not limited to organized crime groups, right-wing groups, or other similar entities), or is involved in any relationship or connection with antisocial forces.
    7. If the Company deems the application to be inappropriate for any other reason.
